Update:
The theif's brother (AKA the one who started harassing / mocking me) is turning 17 soon.
So this almost-adult is harassing a minor online with his brother, nice.
Actually debating on allowing people to harass them, this is insane.
Okay, so yesterday I was trying to find an old video that I posted by searching for it on the search bar. And then I accidentaly stumbled across a video with the same title along with the same thumbnail. I was super confused thinking it was mine. But then I realized the video was stolen from me without credit. I confronted the creator, and they told me:
"No, hop off lol"
I talked with some of my mutuals, some time passe
and one of them finds a comment of the stealer's friend mocking me.
Let me be honest, I don't care about the post that was stolen, its just that I'm worried they're going to steal my art again and claim it as theirs.
I don't know how this is gonna continue but I'll update.
Stolen video:

Original (mine):

BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT HARRAS THIS PERSON!!!!
update: more mocking, can't do anything because these are probably 12-13 year olds with no sense of morality
Reported and blocked them. I'm too tired for this shit.
Reported them because of harrasment / hate speech for obvious reason
and then harrasment towards certain groups since I found comments of them using the R slur.
I'm not dealing with two fellow minors because that could get me in jail or in serious trouble.
Again, as much as I despise them, do NOT harass them.
They are children, they'll learn morality at some point.
update:
me and my irl friend are ragebaiting them rn ðŸ˜

This is unfortunately a very prominent issue for artists who do meme art and animations, a lot of the time due to the nature of meme culture focusing on reusing and copying images with little to no credit a lot of artists get their work stolen, and unfortunately not a lot of people care at all because they just think "it's a meme who gives a shit". All you can really do is try to get the video taken down or try to convince the creator to take it down, but most attempts at that are usually unsuccessful. Sorry you have to deal with that, that honestly sucks, and the theif's response to you was extremely childish and unwarranted.

Thanks a lot for the support. I've tried convincing them to take it down, but obviously the wouldn't. I've reported it and I'm now waiting for youtube's response.
